TD Equine
TD Equine is a partner farm for Turning for Home, Inc. Anyone interested in any of the horses will be required to fill out an adoption application. If you have already filled one out, please let me know! Applications must be filled out completely before proceeding with a Pre-Purchase Exam and/or sale of the horse.

All horses are sold on a first come first serve basis to pre-approved buyers. We will not "hold" any of the horses unless a Pre-Purchase is scheduled (Date/Time) AND/OR a non-refundable deposit is made. If a vetting is scheduled, Date and Time set, we will hold the horse until PPE, but we will still continue to show the horse to other interested parties.
If you are working with a trainer, you may bring your trainer to the showings. When trying horses, you will be required to sign a waiver and wear proper riding attire; boots, helmet, ect.
**We currently do not have an arena. Riding is done in a fenced in field and is weather dependent.

Vetting:
Pre-Purchase exams may be conducted by a veterinarian of your choosing. If you do not have a veterinarian in the area, below are a few veterinarian's that will come to the farm. Pre-Purchase Exam's are the buyers responsibility to schedule and pay for.
Prospective buyers can make a non-refundable deposit of $100 once the PPE is scheduled and we will hold the horse for you through the vetting. This means that we will not sell the horse outright or have a sooner PPE set by someone else. The deposit will be applied to the sales price of the horse. This is NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, so in the event that you decide to not move forward with the purchase of the horse, for any reason, the deposit will NOT be returned.​​

Payments:
Cash, Zelle, Venmo and Cashiers Check. I DO NOT accept personal checks.
Shipping:
Taylor can ship horses within a 1.5 hour radius of the farm for a small fee. Otherwise, we do have a shipping contact that can help arrange shipping. We will hold horse(s) for 7 days at no cost while shipping is being arranged. There is a $30 per day fee for any horse that has to stay past 7 days after purchase date.
After Adoption:
Turning for Home will do a 6-Month check. After the 6-month check, Turning for Home will transfer the horses foal papers to the new owner. There is no "required" check-in's or mandatory yearly updates. We love to stay in contact and watch the horses succeed in their new homes! We encourage sending videos and/or pictures as you and your new partner progress!
